European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development

Thirkelow has been part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, under the project name “Construction of Arts and Crafts Studio with Accommodation”.

This funding covered the construction of the new building so Thirkelow Ltd can provide courses in Countryside stewardship and Arts and Crafts, as well as accommodation for visitors, to help attract visitors to the Peak District.
